President Rove?

How can Karl Rove become president? One way is: Dick Cheney is scheduled to have surgery next weekend, he could fake his own death (he's pretty good at hiding), Rove could be appointed vice president by Bush, and then, for the good of the party's chances in 2006, Bush could resign. Scary!
